Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge in Micro Focus ArcSight SIEM Operations
- Knowledge in Micro Focus ArcSight Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) is a plus
- Hands-on technical experience of Security Information and Event Management Concepts and products used for Security Information and Event Management such as Arcsight, Splunk Good understanding of Infrastructure Security and its impact on Security Operations, Vulnerabilities, Reporting, Analytics and Monitoring Produce security incident reports and briefings
Responsibilities:
- Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application
- Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running
- Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge
- Monitoring of batch, alerts, warnings, and errors and resolving common batch issues in a timely, consistent manner
- Escalating issues to technical team members and third party groups as appropriate
- Monitoring of system performance
- Verifying successful and complete execution of batch jobs
- Control-M Jobs monitoring, Server/Agent monitoring, job flow analysis and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with Control-M Job owners in analyzing and troubleshooting raising alerts for failed services and manage appropriately
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge in BMC Control IM Operations
- Knowledge in Batch Applications for the Java Platform is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, a good team player, possess good communications skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, administration and version standardization of ServiceNow
- Establish and maintain documentation regarding standards and policies surrounding Administration & Development of ServiceNow as it applies to best practice industry
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience
- Administration & Development experience on ServiceNow Modules
- Experience with ServiceNow development/ configuration/ customization/ enhancements
- Good understanding and analytical skills on Scripting (Client & Server), Workflow, UI Action and Policy, Business Rules, Glide System, Glide Record
