Summary:

Design, build, and continuously enhance the AI models powering an Azure-based agentic platform. The AI Engineer ensures these models are accurate, aligned, scalable, and compliant—leveraging Azure AI services and modern machine learning techniques to deliver intelligent, safe, and adaptive capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and fine-tune AI models using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and custom LLMs.
• Perform monthly and on-demand model fine-tuning based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Continuously monitor AI outputs for bias, hallucinations, and accuracy, implementing corrective workflows.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
• Support integration of AI models into production with scalable APIs and workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Developers to ensure consistent model deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering and LLM operations (fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG).
• Strong programming skills in Python, including frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and spaCy.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI tools (OpenAI, Cognitive Search, AI Studio, Data Lake).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, and vector database optimization.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, model governance, and compliance standards.
• Experience deploying and managing models in production environments using CI/CD and Azure DevOps.

Summary:

Design, build, and enhance data-driven systems and analytical models supporting an Azure based AI and agentic platform. The Data Scientist applies mathematical, statistical, and data engineering expertise to develop robust data pipelines, enable model training, and ensure continuous improvement of AI performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Build, enhance, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks.
• Ingest, explore, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Ensure data quality, transformation, and governance across ingestion and storage layers.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval within Azure Data Lake Storage and Blob Storage.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical profiling using Azure Machine Learning Notebooks or Azure Databricks.
• Assess data quality, detect anomalies, and recommend data cleansing and enrichment strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Solution Architects to prepare, deploy, and monitor models in production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science.

• Strong background in mathematics, probability, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, scikit-learn) for data wrangling and analytics.

Develop, support, and enhance the platform’s front-end, back-end, and integration layers, ensuring seamless interaction with AI-driven services. The Full Stack Engineer enables scalable, secure, and high-performing modules that deliver intelligent experiences powered by Azure AI.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end application modules across front-end, back end, and APIs.
• Develop scalable web components and dashboards integrating AI-driven
  functionalities.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to embed LLM outputs, cognitive search, and automation features into the UI.
• Enhance and support the platform infrastructure using Azure App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, and SQL Databases.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs to connect AI services, data pipelines, and user interfaces.
• Implement and enhance UI components based on UX designs, ensuring responsive and high-performing experiences.
• Support continuous improvement by maintaining DevOps pipelines, performing code reviews, and monitoring deployments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Strong experience in API development, REST services, and integration with Azure resources.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as App Services, Key Vault, Functions, Entra ID, and Monitor.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, ACA) and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of AI API integration, including embedding AI model results into web modules.
• Strong knowledge of security practices, authentication, and identity management.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and system design capabilities.

• Extensive knowledge in Micro Focus ArcSight SIEM Operations
• Knowledge in Micro Focus ArcSight Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) is a plus
